LONDON—Reaffirming its place in the heart of the connected world, HARMAN, the leading connected technologies company, brought its story of "Engineering a Connected Life" to Barcelona last week at the GSMA Mobile World Congress. And, alongside its embedded audio technologies and software, the company showcased its award-winning AMX technology in meeting rooms throughout the booth.
The world's largest exhibition for the mobile industry, MWC is the place where mobile leaders gather, collaborate and conduct business. Systematically enhancing the meeting and collaboration experience on the HARMAN stand, innovative AMX technology delivered its Perfect Meeting concept to MWC delegates. The standard meeting rooms and the executive boardroom on the state-of-the-art booth were technologically well-appointed with integrated AMX systems, ensuring each was a productive, collaborative and technologically enabled space to conduct business. Participants benefited from a greatly simplified user experience, which started before the meeting even began with an intuitive scheduling system that allowed users to book rooms and view availability, all via a wall-mounted control panel located outside. From that point forward, users had the confidence of knowing that the room was technically ready for collaboration, with easy-to-use connection points for any device brought into the meeting.
“Our systems, software and services drive the connected car, enhance the connected enterprise and expand the connected lifestyle,” said Jonathan Mangnall, Vice President of Sales – EMEA, HARMAN Enterprise. “Together with the power of the Cloud, Mobility and Analytics, HARMAN is connecting people to music, experiences and each other as well as the bigger world around them; nowhere was this more apparent than on the booth at this year’s MWC. We were delighted to be showcasing AMX technology in this exciting environment.”
HARMAN had a consolidated presence across all its divisions at the show. The company designs and engineers connected products, services and solutions for automakers, consumers and enterprises worldwide, including connected car systems as well as audio and visual products, and enterprise automation solutions. AMX by HARMAN technology has been adding value to the workplace for more than 30 years. The range of meeting room solutions scale from the smallest huddle space to the largest boardroom and accommodate anything in-between, and are proven to increase productivity, communication and teamwork throughout an entire organisation.
