The USP4 connects to an Ethernet network allowing it to be remotely controlled and monitored via Harman HiQnet ™ System Architect ™. In addition, the USP4 allows the transport of real-time digital audio via CobraNet™ or AES.

Please go to www.crownaudio.com/seminar.htm to register for the class. Attendees will be automatically registered for a chance to win a Crown XLS 1000 amplifier.

The free seminar will cover the following features of the module including:

·       FIR and IIR filters
·       LevelMAX™ peak, RMS
·       Input routing options
·       Analog routing options
·       Ambient Leveling using attached loudspeakers
·       Speaker line monitoring options

The USP4 is a HiQnet series component and connects to the audio control/monitor network using Ethernet hardware. CobraNet audio is available over the same 100Mb Ethernet network, providing a simple to install, single cable solution for audio distribution, control, and monitoring.

Harman HiQnet™ is the world's first connectivity and control protocol that integrates all product categories in the signal chain for professional audio systems of all types, size, and applications. Harman HiQnet no longer requires the user to manage multiple disparate operating systems or be responsible for programming individual signal processors, speaker controllers, wireless microphone systems, and mixing consoles. HiQnet was developed by engineers from across Harman’s Professional Division and is coordinated by the System Development and Integration Group (SDIG), a team of dedicated systems specialists based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
